Dee Hammond

Pastor of Missions & Outreach

Dee and his wife Katie were on staff with Campus Outreach in Birmingham, Alabama, prior to coming to CMPC. A graduate of West Georgia University and Reformed Theological Seminary-Atlanta, Dee was ordained and installed as our Assistant Pastor to Youth and Young Adults in 2012. After 15 years of youth ministry at CMPC, Dee transitioned in 2015 to serve as our first pastor of Missions and Outreach. Dee has gone on mission journeys to Mississippi, Jamaica, London, Peru and the Philippines. In addition to helping lead Sunday morning worship, Dee regularly preaches on Sunday evenings. He also co-teaches the Harvest Sunday School class and the Wednesday night Harvest class. Additionally, Dee serves on the Christian Education Committee of the Georgia Foothills Presbytery as well as the Board of Directors for the ABP Children’s Homes in Manilla, Philippines. Dee and Katie have four daughters.
